These terms govern use of msquare.info (the “Site”), operated by M Square Expertise. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. The Site is an informational and enquiry channel for our hospitality sourcing and procurement services — it does not offer products for direct sale or online payment.
Nature of our services
M Square Expertise operates as a trading and procurement intermediary. We source and fulfil client requirements through a network of third-party vendors and manufacturers. Pricing shown or implied anywhere on the Site is illustrative only; actual pricing is confirmed per project through a formal quote.
Enquiries & quotes
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a binding agreement, order, or contract. A commercial relationship begins only once both parties agree to specific terms in writing (for example, a signed quote, purchase order, or service agreement) outside of this Site.
Content & imagery
Photography and video used on the Site — including on category and project pages — illustrate the type and quality of work we deliver and are sourced from licensed stock libraries where client project photography is not yet available. They do not represent a guarantee of specific products, finishes, or outcomes for any future project.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, and original content are the property of M Square Expertise unless otherwise credited. Licensed third-party photography and video remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. M Square Expertise is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Site content outside of a formal, signed project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
